United States:

5–10 business days

International Orders:

7–20 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

 

Delays

 

KayEMA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order has been shipped, KayEMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KayEMA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
